What we collect and why

Information you submit
We collect the brand name, website URL, optional logo URL, placement subtotal, and work email address you provide. Brand names, websites, logos, rankings, and eligible totals are intended to be public. Email addresses are not displayed publicly.
Payments
Stripe processes payments. Goodbid stores Stripe session and payment identifiers for reconciliation but does not receive or store full card details. Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms.
How we use information
We use submitted data to verify that the email domain matches the submitted brand domain, process placement purchases, calculate rankings, operate and moderate the leaderboard, send essential service messages, prevent fraud, and measure product performance. Verification tokens expire and should not be shared.
Analytics
We may record basic product events such as page views, checkout starts, completed checkouts, overtakes, and shares. Before launch, this policy should name the analytics provider actually configured.
Retention and requests
We retain transaction records as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request correction or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting [email protected].
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Before launch, add the operator’s legal identity, address, applicable lawful bases, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures.
